The difference is astounding, some of the more intense parts of the song come out much better, some parts that were invisible or grating in the original recording are smoothed out and listenable. This file includes 12 unedited WAV transfers from my new 78 RPM collection. They are all Acoustic recordings made by Isham Jones and his orchestra in the early 1920s. Some, such as "Who's Sorry Now", should be well-known to people familiar with the artist. Others, such "'Neath Egyptian skies," probably will not.
